Casa Madera is our primary home. It is located in the original central part of Tucson, Arizona, close to the historic Arizona Inn.  The property consists of three buildings on approximately an acre of land of which 80% is zoned for multiple units.  The main house is an historic adobe house with 3400 square feet of inside space and over 4000 square feet of covered space. The main house has 14 rooms, plus five bathrooms.  The rear cottage has two bedrooms and one bath in 1100 square feet.  The front cottage has 1400 square feet divided into two units.  It is also a historic building constructed in 1938.  This unique property has a large amount of buildable space is zoned for multiple units.
